Erin Edwards
Erin is a new graduate student at UND in the Space Studies programme. She is a captain currently serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a tactical helicopter pilot with 427 SOAS flying the CH146 Griffon helicopter. She has flown with Airforce since 2013 and previously sailed with the Royal Canadian Navy as a Maritime Surface Officer and Diving Officer in the coastal defense role along the West Coast. Previous to her service, Erin was employed in the geological exploration sector, working in remote camps in Canada's north and Alaska. She holds an engineering diploma in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Technology. While not flying, or studying Erin can generally be found outside climbing or running, (training for that first ascent of Olympus Mons!)
