Sheyna Gifford
Sheyna Gifford is a rehabilitation physician, aerospace researcher, journalist, STEM advocate, and NASA simulated astronaut. She was a mission specialist on HERA VI the health and safety officer and crew journalist on HI-SEAS (VI): 366 contiguous days in a Mars analog on Mauna Kea. She has four graduate degrees - business, biotechnology, journalism, and medicine - and more than a hundred published articles. Love long-distance hiking, STEM outreach, flying places, and launching rockets of various sizes.
